Premium Distributor Store

The VILA Premium Distributor is a wholesale store with the look and feel of a VILA Store, but with a local touch. Local approach and knowledge are key for the success of this store. The store will carry own name on the facade combined with a “VILA Premium Distributor” flag sign.

The VILA Premium Distributor will be supplied by VILA with drawings, inventory, hangers and flag sign. Everything else is optional and can be supplied by store owner. Construction and mounting is generally arranged by VILA, but all depending on location and project.

The product package in a premium distributor store must be min. 70% VILA. The rest of the clothes can be supplied by other BESTSELLER female brands.

From a consumer service point of you, it is focal that the consumers are not in doubt whether it is a VILA PD store or a VILA retail chain store.

Getting Started

The filecard is the document that contains all important information about your store e.g. contact details, customer number and requested delivery date. Information that applies especially to you, to ensure the delivery and that we always have your information close at hand.

When entering a Premium Distributor partnership, a contract has to be signed with VILA. When signing you will enter a mutual binding agreement, in which both parties commit to a set of standards and terms & conditions. The agreement serves as a tool to ensure mutual benefit from the co-operation.
